Me and My Diary Contest

This contest is open to all overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) anywhere in the world.

1.Must be a Filipino Citizen any part in the world at least 18 years of age and above, and can be contacted via Email, Facebook or mobile phone.

2. Answer can be in English or Tagalog:

a. Described your Diary/Planner.
b. What is your Ideal design for your diary/planner?
c. How does your Diary/Planner help you?


3. And upload one photo that must have a description of your diary/planner.

Entries must be submitted with the Name, Current Address, Mobile number and Email,
Entries must be received by October 21 , 2011 at 11:59 PM Philippine time. An email of receipt and acceptance from the official email serendipitousmmxi@gmail.co​m will be sent once your entries are received.

Within 24 hours, we will post your photo on Diary ni Gracia facebook fan page and email you back a link to your photo. All entries will be compiled in a designated Facebook photo album.


The company reserves the right to use all submitted entries for future purposes. All information sent will be kept confidential

PRIZES
One winner will receive P5,000 cash and P5,000 worth of surprise freebies.
There will be also photo shoot for the winners.

Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
