Robinsons Malls in Imus and Dasmariñas Cavite has launched OFW Pamilya centers that would cater returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and their families and dependents.
The OFW Pamilya center is a one-stop shop that has offices of government agencies such as Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA). There will also have service outlets like foreign exchange, money remittance, courier and postal services, an Internet café, travel and recruitment agencies and a seminar room where they can held lectures and other activities.
The center will also holds short courses on entrepreneurship, fund management and micro-financing that can be avail for a very reasonable price. Robinsons Malls hope that they can help OFWs and their dependents to redirect hard-earned money to worthwhile and profitable endeavors. And they will soon open more centers in other Robinsons Malls.
