WorkAbroad.ph has more than 300,000 resumes in its database. In order for your resume to stand out and be seen by recruiters, make sure you follow these simple steps:
1. Update your resume. When an employer or recruiter searches the WorkAbroad database, the latest resumes are displayed first. If you want to have your resume display on top of the pile, make sure it is updated every six months.
2. Check your contact information. Can an employer contact you easily? Make sure you have updated your contact information so that employers and recruiters can reach you easily.
3. Add a picture. Do you know that you can attach your picture in your resume. Make sure you place a formal picture in your resume. Your picture must have a maximum size of 20KB and must have a maximum dimension of 150 by 150 pixels.
